How approvals keep AI on your side

The first question every owner asks about AI is: what if it does something I didn't want? It's the right question. Here is how Profynix answers it.
The AI has no special powers
Profynix AI works through exactly the same permission checks as a person. If a staff member can't see salaries, the AI can't show them salaries. Each company's data is isolated at the database level.
Sensitive actions show a card first
Moving money, messaging many people, deleting records, changing who can see what, changing the company's system: these produce a preview card. Nothing happens until you approve that exact action, and the approval is tied to what you saw, so it can't be swapped for something else.
You choose the autonomy level
- Off: the agent never does this.
- Ask first: the agent prepares it and waits for you.
- Auto: the agent does it and tells you after.
Everything is recorded, much of it reversible
Every action lands in the audit trail. Website changes can be rewound in one tap, and any routine can be paused instantly.
