Your data, in short
- It's yours. All the business data you put into Profynix belongs to you. We use it only to provide Profynix to you. We don't sell it, use it for advertising or use it to train AI models, and we only use AI providers that don't train on it.
- It's protected. Encrypted connections, encrypted backups, encrypted secrets, each company's records kept apart, and access controlled by roles and permissions you manage.
- You can take it with you. Download many records as CSV files from the app, or ask for a full copy with Request my data in your account settings or at hello@profynix.com, at any time, including after you cancel.
