A weekly social media routine for busy business owners

Customers check your Instagram before they visit or buy. An account that went quiet three weeks ago tells them something, even if your business is busier than ever.

Pick three to five content pillars

  • Your work: products, results, before-and-afters
  • Your people: the team and the customers you serve
  • Your know-how: tips only an expert in your trade would know
  • Your offers: promos, new arrivals, seasonal specials

Plan the week on Monday

Spend thirty minutes once a week. Choose one post per pillar, write the captions and schedule them. Daily posting becomes a weekly decision.

Reply within the day

Comments and messages are warm leads. Answer them the same day, and move serious enquiries into your customer list so they get followed up.

Check what worked, monthly

Once a month, look at which posts brought messages, visits or sales. Do more of those, and drop what nobody noticed.

Or let Profynix plan it

Ask Profynix to plan next week's posts and it builds a calendar on your pillars, writes in your voice and publishes from your own accounts. Keep it on Ask first and approve each post, or switch to Auto.

Hand over the busywork. Keep the final word.
