Every new business starts on a 14-day Plus trial, then moves to Free unless it chooses a plan. Naira prices include 7.5% VAT, and Nigeria can also pay quarterly (3 months less 5%: Pro ₦21,375, Plus ₦51,300, Team ₦128,250 + ₦8,550 per extra person). Outside Nigeria prices are in US dollars by country group; local-currency figures on the site are estimates and billing is in US dollars.

### What is an agentic business operating system?

Software that doesn't just store your records but does the work: it follows up leads, chases invoices, posts, prepares payroll and reports back. Profynix builds the system your business needs from a description, then its AI agents run it inside the rules you set.

### Will the AI do things without asking me?

Only what you allow. Sensitive actions (money, messaging many people, deleting records, changing who can see what) show you a preview card first and only run when you approve. Many routines have Off, Ask first and Auto settings, so you choose how much to hand over.

### Is my data safe?

Every company's data is isolated at the database level, and the AI has no special access: it works through the same permissions as the person using it. Every action is recorded, and website changes can be rewound.

### Does it work for my type of business?

If you can describe it, Profynix can set it up. Agencies, shops, restaurants, clinics, schools, law firms, builders and NGOs all run on the same system, shaped around their own words, menus and portals.

### Do I need to be good with computers?
